ICTI CARE Process Information for Brands and Retailers
Welcome to the toy industry’s ethical manufacturing program aimed at ensuring safe and humane workplace environments for toy factory workers worldwide. To achieve these goals, we provide education, training and a single, fair, thorough and consistent monitoring program for toy factories.

- The Date Certain Database includes the names of brands and retailers that have signed the Date Certain commitment.
- The ICP Factory Database includes the factories that have entered the ICTI CARE Process and have been granted the appropriate Seal of Compliance, are on probation and implementing a Corrective Action Plan, or have had their seal suspended or revoked.
- The Retailer and Licensor Database indicates which retailers and licensors have accepted compliance with the ICTI CARE Process as satisfying their own compliance requirements.
- The Contributor Database shows the donations made by individuals and companies from the worldwide toy industry to support the ICTI CARE Process. This does not include donors who asked that their names not appear in this database.
