ICP Factory Database

When a factory completes an audit that fulfills all requirements of the ICTI CARE Process, the audit firm will provide the results to ICTI CARE Foundation Asia Ltd, which will review and approve them with the support of the Technical Advisory Board. Once the results are approved, ICTI CARE Foundation Asia Ltd will issue a “Seal of Compliance” upon receipt of the seal fee through the audit company. The “Seal of Compliance” must be renewed annually, based on continuing, audit-verified, annual compliance. ICTI CARE Foundation Asia Ltd will then reissue the seal for the following year.

You can search the database by factory name or by seal number. The database can be used to check the validity and authenticity of a particular Seal of Compliance. Currently there are NUMBER SHOULD GO HERE active factories in the database.

Retailer and Licensor Database

This Retailer and Licensor database lists those organizations, other than Toy Brands or manufacturers that, at a minimum, recognize and support the ICTI CARE Process. It shows their name, home country, category (Retailer, Licensor or Other) and the year in which their support began. Exact procedural details vary by organization and some information may be confidential. Questions should be addressed to the ICTI CARE Foundation Secretariat at secretariat@icti-care.org.

Date Certain Database

The Date Certain Program is an integral part of the ICTI CARE Process. This is a program to obtain commitments from toy brands and retailers that, as of a specific, future date ("Date Certain"), buyers will only contract product manufactured by factories that are in the ICTI CARE Process. Date Certain companies commit themselves to buy only from factories that are in the ICTI CARE Process and either have a Seal of Compliance or have completed the first audit and have agreed to a Corrective Action Plan to address the identified violations, if any.
