Notice to Shenzhen City Factories

Notice:  ICP Audit Criteria on Worker Payment for Extra Holidays During the Shenzhen Universiade Opening and Closing Ceremonies on August 12th & 23rd

On 4th August 2011 the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shenzhen City issued a notice <深人社发〔2011〕121号> stating that workers in Shenzhen City are entitled to two extra paid holidays during the Shenzhen Universlade opening and closing ceremonies on 12th & 23rd August 2011.  Workers who work on 12th & 23rd August 2011 should be provided with two compensated rest days.
